Samara Reck-Peterson was appointed Assistant Professor of Cell Biology in 2007. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Carleton College in 1993, her Ph.D. in Cell Biology from Yale University in 2000 and did postdoctoral research in Ron Vale’s lab at the University of California, San Francisco.
